Water Ripple
Q:  How do I know which approach in Restorative Body Therapy will help me most?

A: After reviewing your intake
together, we will discuss what your goals are and what therapeutic attributes might be most beneficial for you.

Water Ripple
Q: What should I wear to my appointment?

A: Comfortable clothing that is easy to move and breathe
in. You may choose to disrobe to your comfort level during Manual Anatomy as you will be covered with a sheet and blanket.

Water Ripple
Q: Is Restorative Body Therapy different from a massage?

A: Yes. While the combined therapies are profoundly relaxing, the intent of Restorative Body Therapy is oriented towards helping alleviate nervous system and
connective tissue imbalances in your body.

Water Ripple
Q: Are there anything specific things I should do following my appointment?

A: At your session we will discuss any

recommendations that might be useful for you, ex: specific daily stretches
or
breathing
techniques.

Water Ripple
Q: Is Restorative Body Therapy covered by insurance?

A: Not at this time. The complexities of billing insurance for alternative medical body therapies make this unfeasible. However, your HSA may be accepted.

Water Ripple
Q: How often should I schedule an appointment?

A: If you're looking to address an acute issue, then more frequent visits may be helpful initially before tapering off to a maintenance
schedule of every 3-6 weeks.
